Ones is an AI-personalized daily supplement that adapts to your biology. Upload your bloodwork, connect your wearable, walk through a 5-minute consultation, and a real formula gets composed for you. One pack a day, ingredients chosen and dosed at clinical levels, no quiz, no trends.

How it works

1. Five-minute consultation. An AI health practitioner asks about your goals, medications, sensitivities, and recent labs.
2. Upload a lab panel. Any panel from the last 12 months works: Function Health, Quest, LabCorp, Inside Tracker. Optional but it sharpens the formula.
3. Connect a wearable. Oura, Whoop, Fitbit, Apple Watch. Optional but it lets the formula reflect your HRV, sleep, and recovery state.
4. See your formula. Specific ingredients, specific doses, reasoning written next to each. You see the exact monthly price before you enter a payment method.
5. One daily pack. Manufactured in the US by Alive Innovations under cGMP. Six or nine capsules per day, blended together, taken once.

What makes a Ones formula different

• Clinical doses, not label doses. Magnesium glycinate at the form and milligrams trials actually use. KSM-66 ashwagandha at 600mg, not the 200mg most off-shelf bottles ship.
• Personalized, not tiered. Two customers on the same capsule count can end up with very different formulas and very different prices, because the ingredients are picked per person.
